MFC House - Architectural Conceptualization & Photorealistic Rendering
Client: CRAFTR
Year: 2026
This project explores a contemporary single family house organized around a private courtyard, with clear separation between living, sleeping, and service volumes. The architecture relies on simple geometries, low pitched metal roofs, and a restrained palette of brick, metal, and glass.
The design prioritizes horizontality, privacy from the street, and strong visual connections to the garden and pool area. Large overhangs and deep reveals control light and add depth, while the courtyard becomes the emotional center of the house, blurring indoor and outdoor living.
I developed both the architectural concept and the full set of photorealistic exterior visualizations, with a focus on realistic materials, soft daylight, and a lived in residential atmosphere.
